Fill in your specifications and securely upload your file through our sandboxed environment. We encrypt details and shield binaries.

Review and quote
We check printability, wall thickness, overhang angles, and tolerances. You get a quote with material recommendation, lead time, and shipping options.

Approve → Print → Ship
Once you approve, production begins. Parts are printed in a small-batch workflow and shipped from the U.S., with tracking provided.

What we need to print well.
- Accepted formats STL, 3MF, STEP, OBJ
- Max build volume 256 × 256 × 256 mm
- Min wall thickness ≥ 1.2 mm (PLA, PETG, etc.)
- Mesh requirement Manifold (watertight), no self-intersections
- Max overhang ≤ 45° without support (we'll flag if support is needed)
- File size limit 45 MB per file (secure sandbox direct upload)
Files that don't fully meet these specs still get a review — we'll flag issues and suggest fixes before any commitment is made.
